Returns
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@melaningoodies.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the damaged or defective item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
